Our sessions take place in the great outdoors, primarily at Shoreditch Park, but can be adjusted based on your location and preference.
At our sessions, we’ll focus on building healthy habits, form, endurance, and strength in a systematic way to achieve long-term results. I provide all the necessary gear—from battle ropes and heavy-duty resistance bands to skipping ropes, pads, mats, and gloves.
