Fitness and Wellness Consultation (£40p/h)

I’ll review your food diary, workout habits, and overall fitness level together. By the end of each session, you’ll receive supportive nutritional and fitness guidance — not clinical or diagnostic, but aligned with your personal training goals.

In person training session (£40p/h)

You can book me on an hourly basis during weekday mornings and evenings, as well as Saturday lunchtimes until midday. I provide all necessary equipment and can meet you outdoors at various parks across East, Central, and North London.

Each session focuses on form, technique, stamina, strength, and endurance — offering a complete 360° fitness approach. We’ll build a program tailored to your style, pace, and rhythm, while challenging you to unlock your full potential.
